Inspired by Cyclists and the Upcoming Tour Of California, The LAAC Offers Guests the ‘Room To Ride’ Packages Dedicated to Cycle Enthusiasts of Every Level
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (March 2010) – Inspired by all things cycling, The Hotel at The Los Angeles Athletic Club has created two unique packages that allow guests to immerse themselves in the world of cycling. Packages include items ranging from hotel suites that feature in-room stationary bikes to LIVESTRONG gift baskets, VIP seating for spin classes, sport massages, cycle-inspired cocktails and even a timed trial ride of the upcoming Tour of California LA course.

Package 1
Date: April 16th – May 23rd
Cost: $505
Guests will experience an action-packed stay for two consisting of a two night stay in the fitness suite (featuring an in-room stationary bike) and LIVESTRONG amenity basket with LIVESTRONG products such as a yellow bracelet, water bottle and blanket. For guests who enjoy more of a cycle class setting, the package also offers VIP seating at one of the club’s popular scheduled spin classes. For guests looking to unwind a bit, this package also offers a relaxing sports massage for two as well as complimentary cycle-inspired cocktails.

Date: May 21st & 22nd
Cost: $2355 ($2605 w/ suite upgrade)
For the devout cycle enthusiast, The Hotel at The Los Angeles Athletic Club is offering a special VIP experience to the above package to coincide with the Tour Of California Los Angeles which takes place on May 22nd. This package includes all of the amenities of Package 1, as well as a time trial where guests can pedal their own bikes the day before the race on the actual course the pros will be riding. In addition to the course ride, the VIP experience will also offer dinner with the professional cyclists (both of which are implemented by AEG and are based on availability). Guests will also be invited to watch the race front row from the 3rd floor Main Bar of the Athletic Club. For an additional $250, guests can also choose to upgrade to one of the nine themed suites offered at LAAC including the UCLA suite, USC Suite and Polo Suite.
The Room to Ride Packages also include one of our complimentary cycle-inspired cocktails.
