The site was created by a group of travel bloggers who wanted to unite their efforts to create one resource with great travel tips, destination ideas, tales from the road and to just inspire people to open their doors and enjoy their world.

We are your average Canadian couple who grew up near the Rocky Mountains, we love the outdoors and whether it’s winter or summer. There’s adventure to be found in every season. By the time we met both of us had already developed a passion for travel and the world. In the summer of 2013, only 4 months into our relationship, we both travelled to Europe separately for a month.

TourAbsurd.com started out as a photoblog created in order to keep in touch with friends and family back in the U.S. It began when I took my first trip to Italy in the summer of 2007. I fell in love with the country and simply had to go back. Within 3 months of returning to the US, I gave away almost all of my belongings, packed what little was left, and hopped on a plane to start a new life overseas.

This blog is about girls who tour the world and lust after their next adventure. I hope to inspire others like me who works full time but makes the effort to travel. Don’t let your job be the reason you don’t travel! This is a place for me to share my travel itineraries to help with your travel plans. It’s also a place to share awesome photos + travel tips + foodie experiences with one another.

Tourism with me is my little baby, a blog about tourism, travelling and interesting places. I would like to share with you what I found interesting about travelling, my passion. I am always glad to travel somewhere and I am part of someone elses travel as I work in the travel industry as well.

As a married couple of two countries, we visit Germany at least once a year to see Sebastian’s family and explore the beautiful country.
