Right now I’m just about to celebrate my 50th birthday, and rather than look at slowing down my life, I have decided to shake things up, by quitting my very lucrative job as a TV producer in Toronto, ending a 23 year relationship, selling my condo and taking off on a Round The World (RTW) travel adventure for the next two years. I want to share it with my family, friends and anyone else who is interested… as I’m ‘Living The Dream’.

Currently Im in the USA (and still working with Japan), but ultimately with one goal in mind: To travel the world. Join me in putting on some red, learning about the world and Asia and travel.

Since being on the road, we’ve had enough wtf, happy, frustrating and blissful moments that we feel we have something to pass on. Be it to fellow travellers, friends, family or anyone else who stumbles upon these lines. This blog will be made up of experiences from our rucksack life and we hope it will help you travel cheaper, get out of your comfort zone and off the gringo trail.

Wishing she had all the money in the world to travel 24/7, this entrepreneur seemed to have caught the wanderlust fever since she first traveled with a group of friends a few years ago.
