I previously thought travel was coincidentally a part of my plan – that it wasn’t the purpose of my life in and of itself but was a means to enact a purpose (e.g. international public health). But I recently realized I love to travel just because I love to travel and I don’t need another reason.

Tales of a Female Nomad

Even though I write about some topics centered around solo female travel, most of my posts are targeted to everyone who is passionate about exploring the world at any age, any gender.

After my first year of freelancing, I took a two-month trip to Central Asia. I traveled the Pamir Highway. After about a million tries, I succeeded in throwing a rock across the river into Afghanistan. It was the best (and longest) vacation I’d ever had.

I got my travel bug when my parents took our family to some amazing countries from an early age. I have had the most incredible opportunities to visit Europe, Asia, Australasia, South America, the Caribbean, and so much more.

With a Bachelor`s degree from the Leading Hotel Schools of the World, a Master’s degree in Business Management and some international career experience, I decided to leave my job in the corporate world to travel and present unique lifestyle spots to you.
