Kehrwieder Chocolaterie & Cafe is located in the heart of Tallinn, Estonia at Saiakang 1 (Raekoja Plats). This “medieval” style cafe is situated on a level below the narrow cobblestone streets. They have a diversity of seating, ranging from dimly lit cave style rooms to a garden terrace across the street to outside seating in one of Tallinn’s primary plazas.
The most romantic seating is inside – a candle on the table, stone floors, narrow arched stone doors, high backed wooden chairs and even an old piano for those who have the talent and desire to play. It is easy to whittle away several hours here deep in conversation, in a good book (some books are provided for free reads on site) or simply browsing the internet. The best signal is from the free public wifi outside – to get this sit in the alcove next to one of the windows or sit outside weather permitting, on the plaza.
They serve a mix of small dishes including delicious quiche and salads. Pair these with a pear cider or a hot mulled wine for maximum enjoyment! Also choose from several flavors of ice cream for desert or a number of various chocolates (made on site).
