Cell Phone Safety – If you use your cell phone when traveling and driving note the following safety precautions. Use a headset or hands free wireless option so that your hands are free to drive. If possible, dial when you are not moving or use your phone’s voice activated features. Texting is a major distraction when driving and can quickly lead to an accident.
Also note that a number of states have passed laws making using a cell phone when driving a car illegal unless you have a hands free wireless device. However, the positive news is that many of the newer phones such as the Android, Samsung and iPhone all are compatible with Bluetooth headsets so you can talk on the phone while driving.
