Downtown Spokane features skywalks connecting different blocks. I did not find a specific area of shops like for example in Gastown in Vancouver, or Chinatown in San Francisco. Rather, the shops are spread out. One of the blocks that is connected by the skywalk contains a Nordstrom and The Bon, a premium clothing and accessory store.
