After many years and dreams of visiting PNG – this will finally come true in January 13. Looking at homestay in the mountains – anyone else been to PNG – recommendations etc? Seems like its very expensive to go on tours – limited numbers of tour companies – anything worth seeing around Port Moresby..islands etc within a days drive?
Thanks
Dave

UrumbanjPNGDear Friends for Dave…we had a great feast on 1st January 2013 in Port Moresby upon his and Syy’s arrival. There were plenty to talk about Dave’s adventure and expectations while in Papua New Guinea (from 1-11 Januaru 2013). Dave and Syy were adorned with traditional Papua New Guinea welcome ceremony, met actually and laid leis upon by a young lady from Sinasina, Simbu Province, one of the 22 povinces in the country. Dave wil share that moment in his on words. Keep following Papua New Guinea visit by Dave. Dave’s Papua New Guinea Hosts.
Joseph – Thanks for a great welcoming! We are posting our blog entries from our PNG trip here:
