Seeing the World One Step at a Time
I’m simply reaching out in hopes someone here has had experience driving in Morocco – specifically in a tiny Fiat in the Draa Valley to M’Hamid. I plan to keep this little car with me for the duration of my 20 days within the country, and thus far I don’t believe I’ve any reason to doubt the feasibility of journeys from my base (friend’s house in Marrakech) to points such as Fes or Rabat. The N9 south of the Atlas Mountains is another story. Can someone allay my fears, which are that this little vehicle won’t make it past Ouarzazate due to rough roads and sandstorms? Or am I being ridiculous?
Thanks in advance.
