Am interested in trading our coastal NC home with NYC home. Have looked at web sites, so many and confusing and most have fees. Anyone know of a true no charge site or any other suggestions? Thanks!
Deb,
I have a few free homestay sites listed off of my main Homestay page here: http://www.davestravelcorner.com/links/index.php?mwa=id:332
Hope this helps.

try Global Pacific Vacation Homes http://www.globalpacificvacationhomes.com They have 100s of exchange listings and can be accessed free without being a member. Membership is also free
are these types of sites safe? I think i might be nervous if someone wanted to stay in my house..not that they would want to visit my boring town..but i always wondered about those services
reciplocation . com is a great site.Unlike other sites, you can list as many homes as you wish, and there is no joining fee until April 1, 2010, and you only pay a small fee (currently $10*** painlessly deducted from your account) when points are transferred to or from your account. So whether you swap for a week or a month, it still costs the same small fee.
