Boat between Thailand and Philippines

Hello I’m trying to prepare my journey to south east Asia.
I always wanted to go to the Philippines but it’s very hard to stay in Philippines so I will be in Thailand mostly but I wonder If I maybe should go to Philippines first then stay there 2-3 weeks before taking the boat onward to Thailand.

I been googling a few hour now after any info regarding the boat travel.
I cannot find anything. 🙁

Does anyone have a website or know the prices of what it costs to take boat from Phil to Thailand?

Hi Gregg – on almost 3 month trip now and currently in Thailand/Malaysia. I’ve been to the Phillipines but never by boat. I would suspect you have to hook up with someone making that sailboat route – as both Thailand and the Philippines are popular sailing destinations.

Hope this helps steer in the right direction, as when I visited the Philippines earlier this year I flew the normal flight from Bangkok to Manilla.
