Wanted to squeeze this post in between our continuing Europe trip posts. The Los Angeles Consortium of Online Travel (for travel writers and bloggers and those who love to travel) is an excellent monthly networking event held in the Los Angeles area for those in the online travel industry in the LA area. In addition, a local charity is always featured at each meetup (this month its Project Angel Food and a representative gives a short overview.
The September meet-up is next week, September 21st at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood from 7PM – 9:30PM. Our friend has worked at Andaz for several years; its a beautiful hotel with a great rooftop bar and pool overlooking Hollywood and downtown in the distance. As soon as we are back from Europe we will definitely attend this worthwhile event.

Thanks! Anything you recommend when visiting Mumbai? My sister is marrying someone who has family there and we will be visiting next year 🙂 – I’ve been to Northern & Eastern India but not the Mumbai area.
