Located in California, Michael Reiterman has been globetrotting for more than a decade. Michael says his favorite thing about travel is getting to develop an appreciation for the outdoors and other cultures. During his time at Seattle University , Michael trained in Zen meditation with the Northwest Zen Community and the Seattle University of Eco Sangha. His training culminated with a two-week trip to Japan where he was able to visit temples and monasteries as well as participate in a week-long meditation at an ancient monastery.
Following Michael's trip to Japan, he has traveled extensively around the world searching for the best places to hike! Most recently, Michael spent time in Costa Rica hiking various mountains and visiting a variety of national parks.
