There are still so many airlines not offering wifi on flights – either domestic or International.
A couple of recent flights I’ve been on providing Wifi – usually through GoGoBot are Virgin America and American Airlines. I’ve been on countless flights in the past 2 years where there is no wifi. I can’t wait for it to come to more International carriers – something else to help pass the time – and being online certainly would do that in a cramped seat. I was told United is planning on offering this on many of their flights both domestic and International. Heard instead of using Gogobot they were going to be using Panasonic Avionics for the Wifi provider…and it was going to be Satellite based. Now that is cool!
What do you think of WiFi on flights? Do you use it? Waste of money? Should it be included in the price of the ticket?
